At Catcote Futures Learning and Skills Centre, our students have the opportunity to develop real‑world skills by working within our on‑site bistro and taking part in a range of exciting enterprise activities. These experiences allow learners to build confidence, independence, and teamwork while practising essential skills such as communication, customer service, food preparation, money handling, and problem‑solving. By taking on meaningful roles in a supportive environment, students learn at their own pace and discover what they enjoy and excel at. Our enterprise projects also encourage creativity and responsibility, giving learners the chance to cook and sell a variety of items as part of a real business experience. Together, these opportunities help prepare students for adulthood, future employment pathways, and active participation in their community
