Catcote Futures is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment and accepts its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all adults involved in Catcote Futures in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and other national legislation and relevant, national and local guidance. Whilst protecting adults at risk of abuse or harm will always be the main priority of Catcote Futures we recognise the importance of raising awareness in order to prevent abuse and neglect and we share collective responsibility.

The Senior Leadership Team and a number of Trustees have undergone Safer Recruitment training. All staff employed at Catcote Futures undergo safer recruitment and vetting process.
