Our aim is to provide lifelong learning opportunities to the Learning Disability community of Hartlepool and the surrounding areas with a priority to fulfil and deliver accredited education programmes to eligible students with Education & Health Care Plan (EHC) and funding from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

As of September 2023, our student/learner cohort is comprised of:

• 33 ESFA funded learners, including 3 Supported Internships;
• 67 lifelong learners funded through social care and health budgets.
