Welcome to Catcote Futures

As Head of College, I am incredibly proud to welcome you to Catcote Futures a place where aspirations are raised, individuality is celebrated, and futures are shaped.

At Catcote Futures, we believe passionately that every learner has unique strengths, talents and potential. Our role is to recognise this, nurture it, and create the right environment for it to thrive. We are more than a college; we are a community that is ambitious for every individual, driven by a shared commitment to ensuring our learners lead fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.

We provide an inclusive and aspirational learning experience, built around personalised pathways that focus on learner aspirations and destinations. Through our dynamic curriculum, specialist facilities and real-world learning environments, including our Learning and Skills Centre, Employability Training Hubs, Vestry Café, Metro Retail Outlet and Caravan, we create opportunities that are engaging, purposeful and transformative.

Our dedicated and highly skilled staff are at the heart of everything we do. They work tirelessly to support, challenge and inspire, ensuring that every learner develops the confidence, resilience and skills needed to progress successfully into adulthood and positive destinations.

We are forward-thinking and continually evolving, working in strong partnership with families, employers and the wider community to ensure our provision remains ambitious, relevant and impactful. We believe our learners deserve the very best opportunities and experiences and we are committed to making that a reality.

Above all, we create the climate where learners feel safe, valued and empowered to be themselves. A climate where they can flourish, grow in confidence, and take pride in who they are and what they can achieve.
